## Public sharing and accounts

Can I use the needed functions without a public profile?
Are entries private by default, and can defaults change by feature?
Which functions need a provider account rather than only an app-store account?
Who can see a group entry, partner message, or community post?
Does deleting an account also remove information shared with others?

## Storage, transfer, and deletion

Which journal and check-in information stays on the device?
Which information is sent to a provider, cloud backup, or optional AI service?
What does the platform's App Privacy or Data Safety disclosure say?
What happens after uninstalling or replacing the phone?
Can I export or back up my information in the installed version?
How is an export protected after it leaves the app?
What is the documented deletion route and retention period?

## Everyday device access

Can someone with the unlocked phone read the journal?
Can notification previews reveal a recovery category, message, or milestone?
Is an app lock available, and is it different from the phone's lock?
What permissions does each feature request, and why?

## Website, billing, and support

Does a website guide request send an email separately from app records?
Is newsletter enrollment optional and clearly separate from delivery?
Which party handles store purchases and renewals?
What information will I disclose when emailing support?
Can I complete core tasks without optional advertising or replay tracking?

## Keep answers honest

For each answer, record: question, observed answer, exact source, date, platform, unresolved issue, next action. Use Unknown when you cannot establish the answer. Unknown does not mean No. A provider statement is not an independent security test.

Privacy does not replace professional or crisis support. A tracker is not automatically a clinician, content blocker, or emergency service.
